Terms of Service

Delphik is a benchmark defect hub. Users can report suspected defects in AI benchmark tasks, link evidence such as trajectories or upstream GitHub threads, and track whether maintainers review, fix, or close those reports. Public benchmark health pages summarize confirmed defects and fix evidence.

• You must be 16 or older.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• One account per person. Multi-account abuse is grounds for ban.

• Good-faith reports. Submit reports that reflect your honest assessment based on actual investigation of the benchmark task or upstream thread.
• Specific evidence. Include a concrete root cause description, task identifier, upstream URL, trajectory, or other evidence when available. Vague claims may be rejected or left uncounted.
• Respect upstream maintainers. Do not spam maintainers, create duplicate reports intentionally, or misrepresent Delphik classification as a maintainer decision.
• No low-quality automation. Do not submit generated reports without meaningful verification. Automated submissions that dilute signal are grounds for suspension.
• Respect access scope. Private benchmarks may be subject to confidentiality. Do not share task contents outside the platform.

The current public Delphik service does not operate a public payment pool. Recognition, profile statistics, and public defect data are provided as community contribution signals, not as a promise of compensation. Future private or paid audit programs may have separate terms.

We may review report quality, duplicate behavior, and abuse signals. Repeatedly low-quality reports, harassment, spam, or violations of these terms can result in:

• Temporary suspension.
• Permanent ban or removal from public contribution surfaces.

Confirmed defect records may be published as an open dataset. We exclude personally identifying information from these exports when practical. By submitting a report, you grant us the right to include the report summary, issue tags, evidence URLs, source channel, and fix status in public dataset releases.

• No scraping, abuse, or attempts to exploit the platform.
• No reverse engineering or interference with other users' work.
• No content that is illegal, harassing, or violates third-party rights.

You may close your account at any time by emailing jongwon.park@posttrain.dev. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, defect-free software, maintainer action, or that any report will be accepted or counted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delphik and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to USD 100.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the site and reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
